By accessing or using Tagly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Tagly is an AI-powered service that generates professional metadata for images, including titles, descriptions, and keywords. The service is offered on a credit-based system, where each image processed consumes one image credit, and GPS location analysis consumes location credits.
3. Payment and Credits
We offer various credit packages as one-time purchases. All purchases are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. Free Trial
New users receive 50 image credits and 50 location credits free for 3 days. The free trial is limited to one per user. Free trial credits expire 3 days after activation.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have the legal right to upload and process any images they submit
- Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining the security of their account credentials
- Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
6. Privacy and Data Usage
We handle your personal information and uploaded content according to our privacy policy. We do not claim ownership of your images or the metadata generated for them.
7. Intellectual Property
The Tagly service, including all software, design, and content created by us, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain all rights to their original images and generated metadata.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tagly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
