At Tagly, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward refund policy:

You may request a refund if you have used less than 10% of your purchased image credits.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
You are eligible for a maximum of one refund per account. Multiple refunds will not be processed.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
The free trial credits are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Tagly offers one-time purchases rather than subscriptions, so there is no cancellation process. Your purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Legal and Export Restrictions

Our service is intended for use in accordance with all applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Tagly, including the processing and metadata tagging of images, complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Terms and Conditions of Promotions

Free trial offer:

New users receive 50 image credits and 50 location credits free for 3 days.
The free trial is limited to one per user/account.
Free trial credits expire 3 days after activation.
Tagly reserves the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time.
